DEPORT DEVICE FOR FIXING EQUIPMENT TO A BUILDING AND FIXING METHOD GENERAL TECHNICAL AREA AND PRIOR ART The present invention relates to the field of insulation from the outside of a house and relates more particularly to an offset device for fixing equipment to a building. When renovating a house, it is known to provide thermal insulation of the latter from the outside. Such insulation, designated ITE for External Thermal Insulation, consists of forming a cladding outside the walls of the house in an insulating material. Such cladding thus forms an additional thickness on the exterior wall of a house in order to increase its thermal insulation. Due to this extra thickness, some elements of the house, such as air conditioning units, can no longer be fixed directly to the exterior wall. For example, with reference to FIG. 1, an air conditioning unit 1 is traditionally fixed to an exterior wall 2 by means of one or more threaded rods 20 fixedly attached to the exterior wall 2. When insulating from the outside, due to the thickness of the insulation, the threaded rods 20 are found inside the insulator and it is no longer possible to fix the air conditioning unit there. 1. Also, the attachment of an air conditioning unit 1 must be offset at the exterior surface of the cladding. In practice, it is known to use brackets to carry out such an offset. A bracket extends longitudinally and is fixed, at a first end, to the external wall 2 using the threaded rod 20. The air conditioning unit 1 is fixed at the second end of the bracket, which allows to deport this fixation. However, such a solution has drawbacks. In fact, due to the distance of the offset from the wall, the mechanical forces to which the bracket is subjected are significant (overhang). Also, it is necessary to make it from a metallic material. However, such a material is also a thermal conductor, which creates a thermal bridge. In addition, there are different diameters of threaded rods 20. Also, it is necessary to use a square adapted to the diameters of the threaded rods 20. Finally, the offset distance varies according to the thickness of the thermal insulation. However, the square does not allow to adjust the offset distance, which represents a major drawback. In practice, a craftsman must have several 2019/5644 BE2019 / 5644 different angle references in order to adapt to the diameter of the threaded rods 20 and the desired offset distance, which requires complex logistics and increases installation costs. There is therefore a need for a device making it possible to resolve at least some of these drawbacks. GENERAL PRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION To this end, the invention relates to an offset device for fixing equipment to an exterior wall of a building, the offset device comprising: a fixing member comprising a fixing surface configured to cooperate with the external wall and a plurality of orifices configured to receive means for securing to the external wall and a support member, mounted with the fixing member, comprising a support surface configured to cooperate with the equipment, the offset device comprising adjustment means configured to adjust the offset distance between the attachment surface and the support surface. Thanks to the offset device according to the invention, the offset distance can easily be adjusted using the adjustment means in order to adapt the offset device to the thickness of the external thermal insulation placed on the exterior wall. Preferably, the support member has a tapped hole configured to receive a threaded rod. Thus, mounting the equipment is analogous to direct mounting on an exterior wall. Indeed, the offset device allows the mounting of a threaded rod in an offset manner. Preferably, the diameter of the tapped hole of the support member is between 5 mm and 20 mm. Thus, the diameter is adaptable to several sections of threaded rods depending on the mass of the equipment. According to a preferred aspect, the adjustment means are adjustment means by screwing. According to a preferred aspect, the fixing member comprises a tapped hole and the support member comprises a screwed portion mounted in said tapped hole in order to define a plurality of 2019/5644 BE2019 / 5644 offset distances by screwing. Preferably, the diameter of the tapped hole of the fixing member is between 22 mm and 36 mm. Alternatively, the support member comprises a tapped hole and the fixing member comprises a threaded portion screwed into said tapped hole in order to define a plurality of offset distances by screwing. Preferably, the fixing member comprises a main body and a metal insert mounted in said main body, said insert comprising the tapped hole. Thus, the fixing member has a significant mechanical resistance when mounting the support member on the fixing member thanks to the insert made, preferably, of metallic material. Preferably, the fixing member comprises a housing configured to cooperate with a mounting member secured to the exterior wall. Thus, it is not necessary to carry out measurements to position the offset device since the housing allows practical centering on the external mounting members. The offset device is advantageously placed in place of the threaded rod of the wall. According to a preferred aspect, the fixing member comprises a visual indicator of the maximum authorized offset length. Preferably, the visual indicator is in the form of a groove made in the threaded portion. Preferably, the support member is made of insulating material in order to allow thermal break with the outside. The invention also relates to a kit for fixing an item of equipment to an exterior wall using an offset device as described above, said kit comprising a fixing member and various support members. Preferably, each support member has a tapped hole of different diameter. Each support member corresponds to a type of equipment, in particular according to its mass. Thus, it is not necessary to have different offset devices, only the support member being different. The invention also relates to a method for attaching equipment to an exterior wall of a building by means of at least one offset device as described above, said method comprising: - a step of positioning the fixing surface of the fixing member against the exterior wall, 2019/5644 BE2019 / 5644 - a step of fixing the fixing member to the exterior wall, a step for adjusting the offset distance between the fixing surface and the support surface, and - a step of mounting the equipment against the support surface of the support member. Preferably, the method further comprises a step of mounting a threaded rod in the support member. Thanks to the method according to the invention, the remote mounting of the equipment is easy. In addition, the offset distance can advantageously be adjusted to correspond to the thickness of the insulation of the exterior wall. PRESENTATION OF THE FIGURES The invention will be better understood on reading the description which follows, given solely by way of example, and referring to the appended drawings in which: - Figure 1 is a schematic representation of the traditional mounting of an air conditioning unit on an exterior wall of a dwelling, FIG. 2 is a schematic representation of the mounting of an air conditioning unit using offset devices according to the invention, FIG. 3 is a schematic perspective representation of an offset device from FIG. 2, Figures 4 and 5 are schematic representations according to different views of the fixing member of the device of Figure 3, FIG. 6 is a diagrammatic representation in section of the fixing member of the device of FIG. 3, FIG. 7 is a schematic representation of the support member of the device in FIG. 3, FIG. 8 is a schematic sectional representation of the support member of the device in FIG. 3, and Figures 9 and 10 are schematic representations of the offset device adjusted according to different offset distances. It should be noted that the figures show the invention in detail to implement the invention, said figures can of course be used to better define the invention if necessary. 2019/5644 BE2019 / 5644 DESCRIPTION OF ONE OR MORE MODES OF IMPLEMENTATION AND IMPLEMENTATION Referring to Figure 2, there is shown schematically an embodiment of an offset device 3 allowing the attachment of equipment 1 on an exterior wall 2. The outer wall 2 is a wall of a building (not shown), in particular of a house. The outer wall 2 comprises mounting members, here threaded rods 20, projecting from the outer wall 2 and on which was mounted an equipment 1. A threaded rod 20 can for example be mounted on the outer wall 2 by sealing or by screwing. The equipment 1 is configured to be mounted on the exterior wall 2 by means of the threaded rods 20. The equipment 1 may, for example, be an exterior air conditioning unit, an exterior blind, etc. In this example, the equipment 1 comprises fixing holes (not shown) in which the threaded rods 20 are configured to be mounted. Such threaded rods 20 and such equipment 1 are known from the prior art and will not be presented in more detail. The offset device 3 according to the invention is configured to be mounted between an external wall 2 and an equipment 1 in order to allow the remote mounting of the equipment 1 on the external wall 2 when an external thermal insulation, designated ITE, is provided on the exterior wall 2. The offset device 3 makes it possible to offset by a distance of offset D, corresponding to the thickness of ΙΊΤΕ, the mounting surface of the equipment 1 relative to the exterior surface of the wall 2 as illustrated in figure 2. As illustrated in FIG. 3, the offset device 3 comprises a fixing member 4 configured to be fixed to the exterior wall 2 and a support member 5 on which the equipment 1 is configured to be mounted. The offset device 3 includes adjustment means in order to adjust the offset distance D. In this embodiment, with reference to Figures 4 to 6, the fixing member 4 comprises a main body 48 and an insert 45 mounted in the main body 48. The fixing member 4 extends longitudinally and is intended to be mounted perpendicular to the exterior wall 2. The main body 48 comprises a base part 41 configured to be mounted on the exterior wall 2 and a mounting part 42 configured to cooperate with the support member 5. Preferably, the base part 41 and the mounting part 42 are from the same material. 2019/5644 BE2019 / 5644 The base portion 41 includes a fixing surface 40 configured to be positioned against the exterior surface of the exterior wall 2 stably. The fixing surface 40 extends orthogonally to the axis along which the fixing member 4 extends. The base part 41 also includes fixing holes 43 for the installation of fixing elements to the external wall 2. By way of example, screws may in particular be mounted in the fixing holes 43. In the example illustrated in the figures, the base part 41 comprises three fixing holes 43 in order to allow fixing resistant to the forces generated. by the remote mass of the equipment 1 and thus form a stabilization tripod. However, it goes without saying that the base part 41 could comprise a different number of fixing holes 43. Preferably, the fixing holes 43 are angularly distributed in order to allow a stable support. Referring to Figure 5, the base portion 41 further comprises a housing 44, extending internally from the fixing surface 40, adapted to cooperate with mounting means, in particular, an existing threaded rod 20 on which was mounted equipment 1 before insulation from the outside. When the fixing member 4 is placed on the outer wall 2, the threaded rod 20 is mounted and centered in the housing 44 so that the offset device 3 is in the same position as the threaded rod 20. This allows easy placement and rapid of several offset devices 3 aligned with the attachment holes of the equipment 1. In other words, an artisan does not need to measure the position of the various offset devices 3 during their mounting on the exterior wall 2 in order to guarantee their alignment with the mounting holes of the equipment 1. The craftsman can advantageously use the position of the mounting members which were used previously. Still with reference to FIG. 4, the mounting part 42 extends from the base part 41 and substantially orthogonally to the mounting surface 40. The mounting part 42 is configured to cooperate with the support member 5 like this will be described below, in order to allow the support member 5 to be mounted on the fixing member 4 in an adjustable manner. In this example, the mounting part 42 comprises a housing in which the insert 45 is mounted. According to a characteristic of the invention, the main body 48 is made of a thermally insulating material, such as a plastic material, in order to thermally insulate the equipment 1 from the exterior wall 2. Preferably, the main body 48 is made of polyamide. 2019/5644 BE2019 / 5644 The insert 45 has a tapped hole 46 to allow the position of the support member 5 to be adjusted relative to the fixing member 4 by screwing. This makes it possible to define a plurality of positions of the support member 5 which is mounted in the tapped hole 46. In order to allow the tapped hole 46 to have a significant mechanical resistance, in particular to resist the forces generated by the mass of the equipment 1, the insert 45 is preferably made of a metallic material. The insert 45 is mounted in the mounting part 42. Such an assembly can in particular be carried out by insertion of the insert 45 in the housing by ultrasound or by overmolding of the main body 48 around the insert 45. Preferably, the tapped hole 46 has a diameter between M22 mm and M36 mm. According to another embodiment not shown, the fixing member 4 comprises a main body 48 in which is directly formed the tapped hole 46, that is to say without insert 45. According to this embodiment, the fixing member 4 is in one piece. Such an embodiment is possible for the support of equipment 1 whose mass is low or for fasteners 4 made with a very resistant insulating material. With reference to FIGS. 7 and 8, the support member 5 comprises a mounting part 51 and a support part 52. In this example, the support member 5 is in one piece. The support part 52 comprises a support surface 50 configured to allow the mounting of the equipment 1. In other words, the equipment 1 is mounted in abutment on the support surface 50. The support surface 50 extends orthogonally to the axis along which the support member 5 and the offset device 3 extend. In this example, the support part 52 comprises a threaded hole 53 configured to receive a mounting member, in particular, a threaded rod 6 (Figure 9). The tapped hole 53 extends from the support surface 50 and substantially orthogonally to the latter. According to one aspect of the invention, the threaded rod 6 has a diameter equal to the diameter of the threaded rod 20 of the outer wall 2 in order to allow the attachment of the equipment 1 as will be presented later. Thus, the threaded rod 6 which is fixed in the offset device 3 fulfills the function of the threaded rod 20 which is fixed in the outer wall 2. The diameter of the threaded hole 53 preferably corresponds to the diameter of the threaded rod 6, in particular M8 or Μ14. This dimension is adapted to the mass of the equipment 1 mounted on the offset device 3. Preferably, there are different versions of the support member 5, each version having a different tapped hole diameter 53. 2019/5644 BE2019 / 5644 Still with reference to FIGS. 7 and 8, the mounting part 51 is configured to cooperate with the mounting part 42 of the fixing member 4 so as to allow the offset distance D. to be adjusted. The mounting part 51 has a cylindrical shape extending orthogonally to the support surface 50. The mounting part 51 comprises at least one threaded portion configured to be mounted in the threaded hole 46 of the fixing member 4 by screwing. Advantageously, the threading of the support member 5 and the thread of the fixing member 4 define an adjustment stroke in order to adjust the offset distance D between the fixing surface 40 and the support surface 50. Preferably, the mounting part 51 further comprises a visual end-of-travel indicator in order to allow an artisan to visually detect the maximum offset distance Dmax authorized. In this example, as illustrated in FIGS. 7 and 8, such a visual indicator is in the form of a peripheral groove 54. It goes without saying that this visual indicator could be in a different form. Thus, when the craftsman mounts the offset device 3, he screws the support member 5 into the fixing member 4 at least until the peripheral groove 54 arrives at the opening of the tapped hole 46 of the fixing member 4 as illustrated in FIG. 9. The minimum offset distance D m in corresponds to the position in which the support member 5 is screwed until it comes into abutment against the fixing member 4 as illustrated in FIG. 10. Preferably, the offset distance D varies at least between 130 and 160 mm and, preferably, between 120 and 170 mm. According to a characteristic of the invention, the support member 5 is made at least in part from a thermally insulating material, such as a plastic material, in order to thermally insulate the equipment 1 from the external wall 2. Preferably, the support member 5 is made entirely of insulating material. In this example, the support member 5 is in the form of a piece of revolution which is in one piece. According to one aspect of the invention, the threaded portion is made of a metallic material in order to limit its wear during its mounting in the tapped hole 46 of the fixing member 4. The tapped hole 53 of the support member 5 can also be made of a metallic material in order to limit its wear during the mounting of the threaded rod 6. The invention advantageously relates to a kit for fixing an item of equipment 1 to an exterior wall 2 comprising a fixing member 4 and various support members 5 to correspond to the different diameters of threaded rods 20 of the exterior wall 2. The offset device 3 is advantageously modular. 2019/5644 BE2019 / 5644 There will now be described the method of mounting the offset device 3 according to the invention with reference to Figures 9 and 10. Following the installation of an ITE layer on the exterior wall 2 of a building, the mounting surface of the equipment 1 is offset by an offset distance D corresponding to the thickness of the layer d 'ITE thanks to the offset device 3. The fixing member 4 is first of all mounted on the external wall 2. For this purpose, the fixing surface 40 is placed against the external surface of the external wall 2 and the threaded rod 20 of the external wall 20 is introduced into the housing 44 to allow centering. Advantageously, no measurement is necessary to position the fixing member 4 thanks to its centering on the threaded rod 20, which saves time. Then, screws are placed in the various fixing orifices 43 and are screwed into the external wall 2 in order to solidly fix the fixing member 4 to the external wall 2. The presence of three stabilization orifices 3 makes it possible to maintain stable. Then, the support member 5 is mounted on the fixing member 4. For this purpose, the threaded portion of the support member 5 is targeted in the tapped hole 46 of the fixing member 4. When screwing , the offset distance D between the fixing surface 50 and the support surface 40 decreases. The offset distance D can then be adjusted as desired. Advantageously, the metal insert 45 offers significant mechanical resistance and makes it possible to take up the support forces of the equipment 1. Preferably, the fixing member 4 is secured to the support member 5, in particular , by collage. Then, a threaded rod 6, suitable for mounting the equipment 1, is screwed into threaded hole 53 of the support member 5. For this purpose, the support member 5 has been previously selected to have a diameter suitable for that of the threaded rod 6. Once the two offset devices 3 fixed and adjusted, the equipment 1 can then be mounted on the threaded rods 6 of the offset devices 3 as illustrated in FIG. 2. For this purpose, each threaded rod 6 is inserted into a fixing hole of the equipment 1 and a nut is mounted on the threaded rod 6 in order to securely fix the equipment 1 to the offset device 3. Thus, thanks to the offset devices 3 according to the invention, the offset of the mounting of a piece of equipment 1 on an exterior wall 2 is easy and rapid since the offset distance D is adjusted 2019/5644 BE2019 / 5644 in a practical way. Finally, thanks to the use of thermally insulating materials, there is advantageously no thermal bridge.
